At Kuri Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original-condition items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original branded box and secure it inside a padded mailer to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
